We remind you that for the selected EASIM participants the venue will be booked by organizers (single room occupancy, double rooms available per request).

Visa invitation

If you would need visa invitation, we would kindly ask to indicate it during the application process.

Transportation

The closest airport to the venue is Riga International Airport (RIX). You can reach the venue easy by taxi (approximately 20 minutes drive, costs 12-15 Eur one direction) or by regular bus traffic. No official transfer will be provided, but if there would be more people arriving at the same time, we might facilitate with them to share the drive.

Weather

The November weather in Riga might be quite tricky to predict (we certainly will update you on the latest forecast), but usually, it's close to 0-5°C, might be rainy.
